Job Category In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth within the Personal Loans Media team. This includes driving margin growth, owning internal and external communications, analyzing campaign performance, and executing cross functional growth initiatives. This position is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow into a client-facing account management role. You’ll contribute to building a best-in-class experience for our partners while learning from a team of experienced professionals. You will help manage a portfolio of partners, focusing on supporting day-to-day operations, reporting, and growth initiatives. The right candidate will bring curiosity, a sense of urgency, and the drive to learn and make an impact. Responsibilities Own the management of partner accounts, including monitoring performance and assisting in identifying trends and opportunities Help implement optimizations and track results Manage and complete daily, weekly, and monthly support tasks and requests from publishers Assist in creating and maintaining partner reporting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly) both internally and externally Collaborate with internal teams to help customize relationships and launch new partnerships Requirements 2+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, partnerships, or a related field (experience in FinTech or Personal Loans is a plus but not required) Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data Proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn tools such as Tableau Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn (sense of humor is a plus) Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail The expected salary range for this position is $70,00 USD to $100,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
