Job Purpose:
As a Publishing and Media Specialist, you will develop eLearning content, multimedia assets, and DTP materials while ensuring quality and accessibility. Collaborating with project teams, you’ll execute tasks precisely, conduct QA checks, and refine materials based on feedback to deliver polished, user-friendly media.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma: specialization in multimedia, graphic design, or DTP is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia design, DTP, or eLearning development; experience in localization is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English (minimum Pre-Intermediate level).
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Proficient in multimedia software including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Camtasia.
  • Skilled in DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices in eLearning design.
  • Knowledge of additional DTP, multimedia, or eLearning tools is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills on both PC and Macintosh platforms.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proactive, responsible, and trustworthy team player with flexibility and thoroughness.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with coordinators and the Direct Manager to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Execute tasks with precision, adhering to project specifications, language nuances, and accessibility standards.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all project files, maintaining a focus on user experience and accessibility.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on own work, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and accessibility best practices.
  • Create and finalize multimedia content, performing spot-checks to ensure quality before handover.
  • Update and revise files based on QA feedback and language reviews, ensuring all content is accessible and user-friendly.
  • Deliver completed files punctually and in accordance with quality standards to coordinators or the Direct Manager.
