The Publishing Manager is a senior role responsible for leading the U.S. office while ensuring alignment with the company’s standards and business goals. Details:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· 7–10 years of experience in publishing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of managing publishing workflows and operational teams.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Strong understanding of the US publishing market and publishing industry standards.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in publishing tools, social media marketing, project management software, and office applications.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
· Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
· Adaptability to change business needs and priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
