Description Purpose of Function: This function manufactures denture pucks per specifications. Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities: Main Tasks: Review production orders and/ or work-order notes as appropriate to verify correct specifications Prepare materials per specifications Load press and process per specifications Maintain all history logs Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and safe work environment Alert Manager of any repair needs of other areas of concern with regard to the facility Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment Assist in manufacturing processes as directed Assist in engineering processes as directed Perform a variety of tasks to support the day to day operations of the business Requirements Function Requirements: (education, experience, competences, etc) The Puck technician should have a high school degree or equivalent. Computer skills are required. Prior experience in a manufacturing technician role, following work instructions and using equipment, preferably a press and measurement tools.
Responsibilities
The primary function is manufacturing denture pucks according to specified requirements, which includes reviewing production orders, preparing materials, loading and processing the press, and maintaining all necessary history logs.
