Description
Naranjo TSF Construction Manager Barrick is looking for a Naranjo TSF Construction Manager to join our Projects team. This Person will be responsible for lead and direct the construction team of the new Naranjo Tailing Storage Facility project (Naranjo TSF) at the Pueblo Viejo Mine to successfully deliver safely, on time, on budget and to the quality standards required.  The Naranjo Dam will be among the top ten highest (and in one of the highest seismic hazard areas) in the world and will require use of proven industry techniques, best practices and standards, established from past international experiences. To be successful, the role must oversee and manage all construction aspects of the Naranjo TSF, while providing mentorship and guidance to national and international team members including supervision, survey, contractors, quality assurance, engineering and support functions while also working alongside project and site management on a regular basis to report and integrate into the Pueblo Site   Requirements:   •    Graduate in Civil Engineering, with experience in project and management fields or related disciplines. •    Bilingual (Spanish/English) •    Microsoft Office Advanced •    LATAM experience. •    Experience in Front End Planning. •    Engineering/Geotechnical experience – TSF •    Experience in CQA – CQC •    Strong skills in engagement, participation and relationship management skills.  •    10+ years’ experience in construction and management of large-scale projects, including Tailing Storage Facilities.
