About the Role: POSITION: PART-TIME PULMONOLOGIST – POST-ACUTE CARE (SAN ANTONIO REGION) CardioRenal Vision [https://www.cardiorenalvision.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com] is an established, physician-led post-acute practice specializing in Pulmonology, Cardiology, and Nephrology care for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonologist to join our growing team in the San Antonio region on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful specialty care to a medically complex and underserved patient population while working within a collaborative, team-based environment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide clinical oversight and collaboration with experienced Nurse Practitioners caring for sub-acute and long-term care patients * Conduct onsite visits within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities * Support development of individualized pulmonary care plans * Participate in a physician-led, multidisciplinary care model focused on improving outcomes and reducing hospitalizations POSITION HIGHLIGHTS * Approximately 5 hours per week * Flexible scheduling based on your availability * Strong administrative and clinical support * Established referral network and patient base * High level of clinical autonomy * Opportunity to make a significant impact in post-acute specialty care We provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing support, and the infrastructure needed for you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
