Northeastern Pulmonary Associates, part of SoNE HEALTH Medical Group, is a trusted and leading outpatient pulmonary practice serving the Greater Hartford and Tolland County areas of Connecticut since 1982.  We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing team.       We pride ourselves on efficient, high-quality patient care with a well-organized support system, including:  * Experienced Pulmonary Physicians for Collaboration  * Dedicated Respiratory Therapists & Nursing Staff  * Administrative Support for Seamless Operations      What We’re Looking For:  * Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician in Pulmonary Medicine (MD or DO)   * Experience in inpatient patient management (outpatient experience is a plus)   * Passion for comprehensive pulmonary care and patient-centered treatment     Responsibilities:  * 32 or 40 hour per week outpatient position * New patient and follow-up appointments with adult patients for pulmonary needs ranging from Asthma & Allergies, Emphysema & COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, Sleep Apnea and other pulmonary disorders * Professional Services Arrangement for inpatient critical care coverage at a local academic medical center * Collaborative environment of 3 experienced Pulmonologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers  * Shared office-only call rotation of 1:5   * Ability to take on leadership role within practice and community by developing areas of clinical innovation and growth   * Clinical positions at SoNE HEALTH Medical Group are designed with appropriate time for direct patient care and administrative duties.   * Office is equipped with the ability to test and treat patients, including pulmonary function tests, allergy and asthma injections.     Compensation package to include:   * Competitive salary   * Eligible for sign-on bonus and retention package   * Medical, dental, vision, disability plans   * Generous earned time off (ETO) policy   * Retirement Savings/401(k) with employer match    * Relocation reimbursement available   * An annual CME stipend is available   * A collaborative setting with highly experienced physicians and advanced practice colleagues     This practice is located 10 minutes northeast of Hartford, CT in a quintessential area of New England. Responsibilities
