ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Drainage Pump Engineer to join our specialist engineering team. In this field-based role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of a wide range of wastewater and clean water pumping systems. You’ll work across domestic, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring our customers receive outstanding technical service and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, service, and repair submersible and surface-mounted pumps, pump chambers, and associated controls.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in pump systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Carry out routine maintenance and emergency callouts to a high standard.
• Complete accurate reports, service sheets, and documentation using company systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers on-site and ensure excellent customer service.
• Work to all Pro Drainage safety and compliance procedures.
• Participate in the out-of-hours emergency callout rota (additional pay applies).
• Maintain company van, tools, and PPE to a high standard.
