Description

PUMP MANAGER Summary: Responsible for managing water well service projects, assessing and diagnosing well and pump equipment problems, and coordinating with suppliers. Troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining line shaft and submersible turbine pumps, as rehabilitation in agricultural, industrial, municipal and mining environments. Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations * Operate and manage pump equipment * Perform routine maintenance checks * Ability to problem solve and issue prompt responses * Supervise staff * Handle customer inquiries for pump work * Maintain crew schedules, review time sheets, perform employee reviews * Maintain detailed records-daily work, vehicle and safety reports * Communicate effectively with management, crews and customers * Installation and removal of line shaft and submersible turbine water well pumps * Demonstrate the ability to perform pump work in a safe and efficient manner * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
