We believe the best service starts with the best people, so we hire the best and invest in their success. Magnolia Plumbing is seeking experienced Pump Technicians to join our growing team. This role involves performing commercial sewage plumbing projects, including the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps, piping systems, and related plumbing and electrical components. Requirements Responsibilities: Comply with all OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards at all times. Assemble, install, modify, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, valves, backflow preventers, utility systems, disposal systems, sewage systems, wastewater vents, grease traps, drainage systems, fire sprinkler systems, and pumps according to specifications and plumbing codes. Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems. Diagnose and repair pump systems and associated plumbing and electrical components. Review blueprints and applicable building codes to determine proper work procedures and installation methods. Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and cut openings for pipe passage as needed. Assist with commercial sewage plumbing projects and related field operations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Ability to pass an FBI background check. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Journeyman Electrician or Journeyman Plumber License required. Commercial electrical or plumbing experience required. Residential or household plumbing/electrical experience alone will not be considered qualifying experience. Ability to lift and/or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Willingness to learn additional electrical trade skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable codes.
