We believe in the power of collaboration and mutual support.   Alternate Job Title: Portable Restroom Driver/Operator  Job Summary: The CDL Pump Truck Driver operates the pump truck on pre-determined routes, controlling the truck's pump or similar equipment to collect waste from portable sanitation units and deposit their contents into the truck.  Job Classification: Full-time & Part-time; non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Location: Brooksville/Spring Hill, FL   Responsibilities: * Operate a sanitation truck to collect and dispose of waste materials * Follow all safety procedures and regulations * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle * Ensure proper loading and unloading of waste materials * Maintain accurate records of waste collection and disposal * Communicate effectively with customers and team members * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: * Valid CDL license * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sanitation driver * Ability to operate a sanitation truck in a safe and efficient manner * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed * Ability to work and drive in a variety of weather conditions.
