Location: The Monastery - Towne Asset Services Payrate: $23-$28/hr based on experience Schedule Hours: Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:00 PM) What You’ll Do Complete punch-outs, turnovers, and minor construction repairs (e.g., gutters, drywall, painting, lighting, fencing, and minor roof repairs). Moves or replaces appliances as needed. Follows all safety procedures and properly uses safety equipment. Maintains tools and equipment and completes required paperwork on time.
