Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures as needed.
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, or woodwork.
- Utilize power tools and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Hang doors and install locks for security purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person with expertise in construction-related tasks.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of tools including power tools.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques such as cabinet installation and door hanging.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
