Description Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following: Maintenance workers will be required to report to the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor. The general maintenance position includes being required to fix anything that might not be functioning properly at the Resort and providing regular overall maintenance checks. This could be in the guests’ rooms, or in any of the public facilities, as well as outdoors. Perform general maintenance works to avoid possible failures and malfunctions Fix any problems in homes if possible Assist in developing preventive and corrective maintenance programs Check that the houses are compliant with our quality standards. Complete daily work assignments in a timely and accurate manner. Analyze repairs request and troubleshoot them. Perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements as needed. Handle emergency maintenance and repair works Stock adequate maintenance materials and equipment to avoid shortages and excesses. Well-organized and apt in problem-solving. Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities. Maintain work area clean, safe and organized. Operate maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents Maintain the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean and good working conditions. Provide assistance to co-workers when needed. Attend job training and safety programs organized by maintenance department. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements. Perform maintenance tasks based on pictures, blueprints, written descriptions and oral instructions from Supervisors. Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager Requirements Requirements: Ability to lift 35 lbs. Ability to be on their feet for 6+ hours a day Available to work flexible shifts as assigned Required to operate a pressure washer Required to pick up trash throughout the day Required to be outside 50% of the day Required to work weekends/holidays. Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

The Punch Tech will perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the Resort functions properly, including fixing issues in guest rooms and public facilities. They will also assist in developing maintenance programs and handle emergency repairs as needed.
