▶︎ Job Details ・Client: IT Financial Services Company ・Working Location: Pune, India ・Working style: Onsite / Hybrid ・Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt ・Salary: USD 30K – 55K / per year ・Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ・Language: English ▶︎ Key Responsibilities • Drive network improvements and standardization across Data Centers, Campus, and Remote Offices. • Plan and stage hardware/software deployments; perform lab and production implementations; provide post-cutover support. • Conduct testing, debugging, performance analysis, and documentation for network infrastructure components. • Perform capacity planning and management of network infrastructure. • Assist with test plan execution, including functionality, integrity, and stress testing. • Ensure network designs align with overall enterprise technical infrastructure. • Support conceptualization, development, and stabilization of new network infrastructure solutions. • Customize products, develop implementation and verification procedures, and ensure successful installation of network hardware/software. • Provide production support for incidents escalated from Network Operations. • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of network infrastructure for new projects. • Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for supported systems. • Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation. ▶︎ The right candidate will possess: • Experience delivering enterprise network solutions in mission-critical environments. • Deep understanding of Cisco network infrastructure, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and monitoring tools. • Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working in production trading environments. • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. • Ability to follow structured methodologies in testing, implementation, and project delivery. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 10+ years supporting enterprise networks in mission-critical environments. • Experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco routers/switches, Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM, Extrahop monitoring probes. • Basic scripting & automation skills. • Windows/Linux OS administration. • Strong organizational, testing, and communication skills. • Relevant certifications preferred.
