▶︎ Job Details ・Client: IT Financial Services Company ・Working Location: Pune, India ・Working style: Onsite / Hybrid ・Salary: USD 30K – 55K / per year (DOE) ・Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ・Language: English ▶︎ Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, manage, monitor, support, and troubleshoot MS Teams (Telephony & Meetings) deployments. • Support MS Teams Rooms, MS Teams Boards, WebEx Boards, NEAT video conferencing systems, and other A/V hardware. • Support soft clients, web clients, desk phones, and third-party video conferencing units. • Implement and maintain integration across collaboration ecosystems including MS Teams, WebEx Meetings, Zoom, Cisco UCM, Cisco Expressway, and Cisco SBC. • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and coordination for equipment and services. • Work closely with telecom operations teams to support connectivity requirements. • Ensure near-100% uptime of real-time collaboration systems, during and outside business hours. • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and inventory. • Perform telecom wiring tasks such as punch-downs, rack installations, cabling, and lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs). • Provide off-hours, remote, and escalation-level support as needed. • Lead projects including planning, execution, resource coordination, and post-project debriefs. • Serve as final escalation point for Service Desk for collaboration-related incidents. ▶︎ The right candidate will possess: • In-depth expertise with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, WebEx, Zoom). • Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, video codecs, dialing plans, and real-time communications. • Ability to manage multi-vendor conferencing ecosystems in a mission-critical environment. • Strong troubleshooting ability for telephony, A/V hardware, signaling, and network interaction. • Excellent cross-team communication and documentation skills. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. • 10+ years supporting web collaboration, telephony, and video systems in mission-critical environments. • Strong experience with SIP audio/video integration and third-party SIP applications. • Experience with MS Teams Telephony & Meetings, WebEx Meetings, Zoom Meetings. • Experience with P2P and multi-point video conferencing environments. • Knowledge of real-time collaboration standards and protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, H.264, H.265, WebRTC, E.164+, MPEG4 AVC. • Understanding of PBX systems, dial plans, VoIP, QoS, and real-time application operations. • Experience working in fast-paced financial/trading environments preferred. • Basic Windows/Linux administration; basic scripting/automation. • Strong testing methodology, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Vendor-neutral or vendor-specific certifications preferred.
