Job Description  MEET THE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AS SET BY THE TEAM LEAD.  MANAGE HIS OWN DELIVERABLES VIS-À-VIS TEAM DELIVERABLES AND ENSURE THAT ALL THE SLA’S ARE MET ALL ACTIVITIES ARE PERFORMED AS PER THE AGREED SOPS Maintain and own the exception & productivity tracker ENSURE THAT THE CLOSE ACTIVITIES ARE PERFORMED AS PER THE AGREED CLOSE CALENDAR Effectively review the activities as agreed (checker where applicable) Publish the weekly/ monthly performance dashboards as agreed Ability to reach out to the client counterpart in case of activities are due and impacting TAT ABILITY TO GET INTO THE DETAIL AND COME UP WITH PROCESS IMPROVEMENT IDEAS TO REDUCE CLOSE CYCLE TIME AND OR FLATTEN THE CLOSE PEAK EFFORT REQUIREMENT DRIVE CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENSURE ALL SOPS ARE UPDATED, REVIEWED AND SIGNED OFF BY THE CLIENT ON YEARLY BASIS/AS AND WHEN ANY MAJOR CHANGE OCCURS Qualifications B.Com/BBA
