ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Baywood trainer, you’ll be stepping into the lives of our human and canine clients as the vital bridge between them—giving dogs a voice and teaching owners how to listen. You’ll open up the lines of communication, and leave each home having paved the way for a future of connection, confidence, and calm behaviour.
Through strategic, kind training, you’ll show the world that kindness is powerful.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver our 1-2-1 training programmes in clients’ homes and surrounding areas
• Teach owners the best ways to work with their puppy using kind, effective methods
• Set dogs up for long-term success by helping owners understand their role in building good behaviour
• Provide clear tasks between sessions to support progress
