These essential elements ensure every experience is unique and unforgettable for our customers      PURPOSE   The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations, actively supporting the team.     RESPONSABILITIES   Item Coding and Maintenance Creation and updating of the item database, ensuring correct classification and coding Management of product-related information, including technical data and descriptions   Order Management Processing and entering purchase orders into the system Monitoring order status and communicating with suppliers Managing any changes or cancellations of orders   Invoice Control Verifying the consistency between invoices and purchase orders Reconciling invoices with delivery documents Managing any discrepancies and reporting errors   Data Analysis Collecting and analyzing purchasing data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential issues Preparing periodic reports   Team Support Inventory management Assisting in supplier contract negotiations Participating in special projects related to procurement process optimization     KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS   Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields Excellent knowledge of main IT tools, especially Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Plus: previous experience in procurement or administration   Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
