Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FEMALE Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team in managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
