JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidates residing within 50 miles of our Madison, WI or Carrollton, TX corporate offices will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule , working on-site two days per week.
This is a temporary contract role.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of related experience , with a strong background in Purchase Clearing, Suspense, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Experience producing accurate, detailed work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of the post-funding life of a loan.
• Basic knowledge of conventional, government (FHA/VA), Jumbo, and State Housing Finance Agency guidelines.
• Solid understanding of mortgage loan documents and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing fast and accurate responses via phone, email, and instant message.
