JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient workflow within the office environment. This role requires detailed-orientated and strong multitasking abilities , and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with multiple groups of people such as staff, vendors, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an office administration or clerical role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
