JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring that inventory levels meet production demands. This role requires strong negotiation skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to optimize purchasing strategies and enhance supply chain efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in procurement management or a related field, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including sourcing, inventory control, and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Ability to analyze data related to pricing, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
