We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase cum Operation Manager to oversee the company’s procurement, logistics, and manpower operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple functions to support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of manpower planning and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
  • PROCUREMENT & PURCHASINGSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and quality products.Ensure timely purchase of goods, materials, and services to support business operations.Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
  • LOGISTICS & OPERATIONSPlan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end logistics, including local and overseas shipments.Ensure smooth supply chain operations to meet customer and business requirements.Implement efficient processes for inventory, warehousing, and delivery management.
  • MANPOWER & RECRUITMENTOversee the recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.Manage staff deployment, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure operational efficiency.Handle HR-related matters such as staff performance, training needs, and compliance with manpower regulations.
  • GENERAL OPERATIONSAssist in day-to-day office administration and operational matters.Monitor budgets and operational costs to improve efficiency.Provide management with regular reports on purchasing, logistics, and manpower activities.
