Description
All Position: 1.All tasks assigned by line manager or company. 2. Have awareness of local relevant quality system. (Please specify the quality systems named such as ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 in JRPC). Responsibilities: 1.Execute procurement strategy in procurement activities and ensure alignments with quality, cost and delivery targets. 2.Lead annual price negotiations and maintain pricing and item data in ERP and related systems. 3.Drive long-term cost reduction initiatives and support CCC sourcing. 4.Develop and manage supplier relationship, ensuring performance in areas such as delivery reliability, quality, innovation, and lead times. 5.Work closely with stakeholders to source competitive suppliers for business needs. 6.Place and manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery for customer needs. 7.Monitor and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and contractual standards. 8.Oversee inventory levels to support healthy net working capital and operational efficiency. 9.Fulfill and manage Procurement performance indices. 10.Master's or bachelor’s University degree or equivalent. Preferred fields of study: engineering or commercial or suitable field of study. 12. Work experience not less than five years in manufacturing industry. 13. Responsibilities
The Purchase Engineer will execute procurement strategies and lead annual price negotiations while ensuring compliance with internal policies. They will also develop supplier relationships and manage purchase orders to meet customer needs.
