JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive – ELV to handle procurement activities related to Extra Low Voltage systems, including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, and BMS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ELV systems procurement or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, etc.).
• Familiarity with technical specifications and tender documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Source and evaluate suppliers for ELV system components and services.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions to secure cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams to verify material specifications and budget approvals.
• Track order status, manage delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs for upcoming projects.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and price.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement best practices.
