Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team in the oil and lubricants sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control—preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. You will play a key role in sourcing raw materials, packaging, and other essential supplies to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the oil, lubricants, or chemical industry
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar)
  • Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with sourcing base oils, additives, drums, bottles, cartons, and other industrial packaging
  • Experience in logistics coordination and customs procedures (for import/export, if applicable)
  • Knowledge of GST, taxation, and vendor compliance documentation

Experience:

  • purchase executive in Oil and Lubricants Industry: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire procurement process from supplier identification to purchase order and delivery
  • Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, base oils, additives, and packaging materials
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost savings
  • Maintain and update purchase records, pricing, and supplier details
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and finance departments to align purchasing activities with business needs
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards
  • Generate regular reports on purchase activities, costs, and inventory trends
