Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end purchasing for furniture and joinery materials.

Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.

Obtain quotations and prepare comparison statements.

Purchase materials such as MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, hardware, fittings, furniture, and other joinery materials.

Coordinate with production, project, and site teams for material requirements.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

Identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

3–5 years of UAE experience in purchasing/procurement within furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out.

Good knowledge of furniture and joinery materials and UAE suppliers.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Experience in RFQs, quotations, LPOs, and comparison statements.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

UAE driving license is preferred.
