Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors.
  • Daily basis – inventory planning, order issuance, follow up on delivery, shipment schedules and custom clearance
  • Implement internal procurement standard to accede to short delivery lead time requirements
  • Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
  • Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experiences in a similar position
  • Honest, hardworking, aggressive and result-orientated
  • Candidates with people-management skills and experiences in leading sales team will be considered for Manager position
  • Remuneration package will commensurate with relevant working experiences
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
