Salary AED: 3000—5000 (including PLI)
Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong negotiation skill
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Proficiency in M.S. Office applications
• Good drafting skills in English
• Ability to work with minimum super vision

• Identify and source potential international suppliers for the company’s import needs. Evaluate supplier options based on quality, price, delivery times, and other relevant factors.
• Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals. Collaborate with various departments, including logistics, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth import operations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and necessary import documentation accurately.
• Track and monitor delivery schedules, ensuring on-time shipment and delivery of goods.
• Maintain effective communication channels with suppliers, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new product offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels effectively.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and documentation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information for reference and analysis. Provide periodic reports and analysis to management on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
