ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: £28,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Location:Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1SX

Responsibilities
  • To be the first point of contact to receive and respond to telephone enquiries and any mail/email queries from customers relating to the Business unit’s services.
  • To assist in the operation of the weighbridge system, ensuring data is inputted correctly.
  • Generate purchase orders and receipt supplier invoices on the payment system.
  • Input weekly wage details into the payroll system and assist with queries.
  • Run weekly and monthly reports to check data accuracy systems
  • Provide holiday / sickness cover for other office personnel.
  • Ensure that Company aims and objectives are met as well as ensuring that duties are completed in an efficient manner with a level of professionalism maintained at all times.
