We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance Team in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will be IT literate, demonstrate attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Strong communication skills
· Previous accounts experience
· Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
· Previous experience with Sage 200 but not essential
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

· Setting up suppliers accounts
· Record purchase invoices accurately and on a timely basis
· Handle supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
· Reconcile monthly purchase ledger statements
· Record and manage Sub-contractor invoices
· Support other areas of the finance department as required
· Other Ad hoc duties i.e. filing, data tidy up
