Responsibilities

THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented purchase ledger assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for numbers. You will support the accounts team in delivering high-quality financial services across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT:

  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Processing BACS payments
  • Processing daily payments
  • Distribute supplier invoices received for approval
  • Processing nominal invoices
  • Liaise with credit control & suppliers to agree contra’s
  • Bank reconciliation
  • General daily purchase ledger tasks
  • At all times remain professional and confidential.
