Overview are currently seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of purchase ledger processes and a keen eye for accuracy to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of supplier invoices and payments. Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and post purchase invoices
  • Resolve invoice queries by working closely with relevant departments and stakeholders, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements with company accounting records, ensuring accurate records are maintained and discrepancies are identified
  • Assist with month-end processes, reporting, and any other finance tasks as required
  • Support the year-end audit process
  • Provide support and cover for the office administration functions
