We’re looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant (28 - 30 hours p/w) to join our Finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified by experience, at least one year in a recent and relevant role * Or from AAT level 1

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Supporting the Purchase Ledger function within CFT’s busy Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, & Banking:
Reconcile and post daily Box office and Front of House banking
Purchase ledger matching and processing invoices
Manage the accounts inbox and respond to accounts queries
Support the weekly payment run process
Reconcile supplier statements
Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Raise monthly and ad hoc sales invoices
Support the reconciliation of credit card statements and expenses
Input accurate financial data into spreadsheets as required

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ALL STAFF MEMBERS

Be aware of the work of the other departments in the achievement of CFT’s aims
Take an active part in communicating and co-operating with other staff and departments
Follow guidelines, procedures and policies provided by the company in relation to financial management and personnel records

Take part in such working groups and committees as might from time to time be required for the fulfilment of departmental and/or company aims
