PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT - PART TIME - TEMP

    We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our clients team based in Hillington on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a part-time position, offering 30 hours per week with a hybrid working arrangement. The position is to cover long-term sickness, providing an ongoing opportunity to contribute to our finance team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
  • Proficient in Cloud based software (Xero, Sage Could, NewSuite)
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information.
