We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave in our accounts payable department.
REQUIREMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Control and management of all supplier invoices, from receipt into the business through to authorisation and posting on to the financial system.
· Effective matching and processing of all Goods-in Notes to supplier invoices.
· Statement reconciliation.
· Supplier queries.
· Maintenance of supplier terms and trading information.
· Maintenance of the Aged Creditors Listing.
· Maintenance and tracking of the purchase ordering process
