JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
Processing and allocating daily banking - credit cards / Cash & cheques
Processing Card Refund requests
Allocation of bank statements
Raising Bank payments
Loading Purchase ledger invoices onto our DMS
Chasing up with Managers for invoice authorisations
Allocation of invoices to the correct dept
Experience ideal but not necessary – full training will be given.
