REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience is desirable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Confident with Excel and other Office applications
Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Prepare and process payment runs in line with payment terms
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve invoice queries promptly
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Monitor Purchase Ledger inbox, dealing with any queries as soon as they arise
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
