Job Description You will be responsible for processing high volume supplier invoices ensuring they are accurately matched with purchase orders and goods received notes, along with other core duties as follows: Dealing with supplier queries Scanning and filing invoices Checking invoices against purchase orders and resolving any price queries and quantity with the supply chain team and warehouse teams as required Organising invoices for authorisation and liaising with staff to ensure invoices are approved in a timely manner. Maintaining existing supplier account details Undertaking monthly reconciliation of supplier statements Dealing with email and telephone queries Staff Expense claims for the Group Qualifications Experience of working in an AP team Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with wide range of suppliers Capable of working on own initiative and self-motivating with good attention to details and levels of accuracy Ability to align behaviour with the needs, priorities and goals of the organisation Ability to maintain accurate and timely records while working to deadlines as appropriate Flexible approach to daily tasks and adhoc duties Confident and comfortable with dealing with performance related issues Commitment drive and tenacity to achieve high standards of customer excellence Additional Information An opportunity like this at Frasers Group is for the fearless.
