An excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a high Growth award winning Yorkshire based company at their Head office based on the outskirts Bradford. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the Accounts Payable function in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and code purchase invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain purchase ledger accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Complete supply chain due diligence/onboarding and maintain approved supplier database
  • Assist with month-end procedures and support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks including cost analysis and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with AP policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
