If you’re an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who enjoys rolling up your sleeves in a busy, structured AP environment, we’ve got a great 3-month opportunity that could be just for you.
A growing financial and legal services group is looking for an accurate and hands-on Purchase Ledger Clerk to support their finance team during a busy transition period. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values attention to detail, teamwork and a strong work ethic – and you’ll be exposed to interesting processes across a multi-entity group.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the shared accounts payable inbox and reviewing supplier invoices
  • Processing high-volume invoices and reconciling supplier statements
  • Uploading Excel templates and using AP software for invoice processing
  • Allocating invoices to correct cost centres (90+)
  • Supporting AP payments and resolving any supplier queries
  • Pitching in with ad-hoc support including some AR invoice creation and admin across the finance team
