SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing environment
• accountancy qualification or working towards AAT / ACCA / CIMA
• good IT proficiency (Excel)
• excellent customer service skills
• good attention to detail
• ability to keep track of a workload
• comfortable working in periodic cycles
• ability to spot areas for process improvement
• experience with Xero would be an advantage

• dealing with the purchase side of the accounts
• managing the mailbox for the accounts team
• processing supplier invoices with accuracy in a timely manner
• liaising with colleagues and suppliers when needed
