Our client who are a successful company within their field are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience working within a Purchase Ledger role.

PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Sage software is desirable
Responsibilities
  • Matching, checking and costing invoices.
  • Make weekly payments via BACS or Faster Payment Files.
  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries.
  • Allocating cash payments on cash ledger.
  • Report to various heads of departments with KPI’s.
  • Assist with annual audits.
  • Aid the finance director with various tasks.
  • Deal with payments of utilities for various site
