We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Officer with a solid background in accounting and executive assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement, accounting, and executive support functions within our organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, accounting, and executive assistance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a must.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of financial reports and accounting principles.

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Manage the procurement process including vendor relations, purchase orders, and inventory management.
• Assist in maintaining and reviewing financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Provide executive assistance, managing schedules, communications, and reporting directly to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and maintain accuracy in all financial data.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics NAV for accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting of purchases and financials.
• Work closely with the accounting and executive teams to ensure seamless operations across departments.
