Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Purchase Officer in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Experience in preparing RFQs, quotation analysis, and purchase orders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
