• Handle purchasing activities for construction, interior fit-out, and joinery projects.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Request and compare quotations based on pricing, technical specifications, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with project, technical, stores, and finance teams regarding material requirements.
• Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and follow company purchasing procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in construction, interior fit-out, or joinery.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and procurement procedures.
• Experience in quotation comparison, supplier coordination, and Purchase Order preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or procurement systems.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requests and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
