Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, ensuring alignment with company needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs based on inventory levels and sales projections.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for a foundational understanding.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing within a fast-paced industry is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are advantageous.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships effectively is a must.
