WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Create and Manage Purchase Requisitions: Accurately process Coupa POs and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.

• Goods and Services Receipt: Confirm receipt of goods, initiate complaints or returns when necessary, and maintain records in Coupa.

• Dispute Management: Resolve purchase order discrepancies, update account details, and manage cancellations or amendments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust with end-market teams and ensure alignment with regional and global frameworks.
• Support Innovation and Compliance: Drive continuous improvement and uphold compliance with data privacy, security, and internal controls.
