Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure base oils, additives, grease thickeners and packaging materials.
• Manage procurement of bottles, pails, drums, labels, cartons and plant consumables.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations/RFQs from suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate imports, shipping and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels in coordination with Production and Stores.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
• Handle procurement activities through ERP systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven procurement experience in the UAE.
• Experience in lubricants, petroleum, chemicals or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong supplier negotiation and sourcing skills.
• ERP/procurement software experience required.
• Good knowledge of UAE suppliers and procurement practices.
